Q: Who are you, and who is Bella?

A: Bella Maps (3d Wood Maps) is small family owned business out of the Puget Sound in Washington State.  We have partnered with another family business who developed these maps, and we launched this website to offer our heirloom quality 3-D Wood Maps to people throughout the United States! Bella is our daughter, and she (and her future college education) is the reason we started this company.  

Q: What if I want a map that I don’t see on your website?

A:  We offer close over 150 stock map designs, most of which are pictured online.  We now offer over 6,000 custom map design options.  If you are interested in a particular lake, island or coastal area, please contact us at 3dwoodmaps@outlook.com to inquire if a design is available. Please tell us the lake or coastal area, county and state.   

Q: Will my map come fully framed with hardware on the back?

A:  Your map will arrive ready to hang with all the hardware attached- all you need is a nail or picture hanging hook!  Some maps include acrylic (it says in the description if it does) If you want to add standard acrylic or Optium Museum Acrylic (99% UV protective and non-glare) to any map, please call to place your order. 206-817-1539

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

Q: I saw an item or option in person that I don't see on the website.  How can I order it?

A: We offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the contiguous United States. 

We can ship to Hawaii or Alaska for a small surcharge.

A: We have many options and items special for our local shows and events that we don't carry online.  Please give us a call at 206-817-1539 to order custom maps or items and upgrades you don't see on our website.
